Granite’s Executive Chef, Corey Fletcher, and his talented team rely on local ingredients to create artful dishes that dazzle even the most sophisticated palettes. His infusion of flavors will delight even the pickiest of palettes. He and his team ensure that every aspect is flawless, from the flavor, to the presentation, to the service.
Corey, a New Hampshire native, has followed his passion for cooking throughout New England, initially from summers at the Cliff House (Ogunquit, Maine) to winter/school year stints at Baldwin’s On Elm (Manchester, NH) and eventually to sautÃ© responsibility at Nantucket’s Topper’s at The Wauwinet (a Relais and Chateaux property). His cuisine favors simplicity that permits two or three flavors to heighten/not mask the core item in every dish.
Fletcher attended Southern New Hampshire University where he graduated cum laude.
